Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Officer to identify and qualify new business opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various channels such as digital marketing, social media, cold calling, and email campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for connecting with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries
Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital platforms
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Manage CRM system to ensure data accuracy and lead tracking
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads
Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns
Analyze lead data and report on lead performance metrics
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and engagement
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to identify leads
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and lead generation platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [your industry, e.g., SaaS, real estate, healthcare, etc.]
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies
Understanding of the sales funnel and B2B or B2C sales cycles
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI
