Asst. Manager – HR
Retina Paints is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to lead and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, a people-first approach, and hands-on experience in HR operations to support the company’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across departments

Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management

Drive performance appraisal process and employee development plans

Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Manage employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal

Maintain HR records, analytics, and reporting

Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
