Retina Paints is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to lead and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, a people-first approach, and hands-on experience in HR operations to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across departments

  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management

  • Drive performance appraisal process and employee development plans

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal

  • Maintain HR records, analytics, and reporting

  • Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
