Executive – Admin
Retina Paints is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage office operations, coordinate support services, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office administration including supplies, housekeeping, and vendor coordination

Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier dispatches

Maintain attendance and leave records

Coordinate meetings, bookings, and travel arrangements

Support HR and Accounts departments in documentation and filing

Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and equipment

Maintain office inventory and procurement of stationery
