Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in selecting products

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.

Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.

Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to improve sales strategies.

Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store events.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus.

Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role (1-2 years preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
